3 Stories About Evil is a narrative short film shot almost entirely with still photographs in 3 different photographic formats. All three stories are very black comedies about family, the media and children's beauty pageants.

The Bottom is the story of Seth, a teenage boy working at a remote gas station in the decaying, rural landscape of the southern United States. Seth, the modern-day equivalent of Bellerophon from Greek mythology, looks for fun and adventure, finding it in the few, yet intriguing customers who visit his station. Isolated and restless, his ambition turns to mischief, and the story Seth creates to escape his situation will lead him to a place where he feels more trapped than ever before.

Up-and-coming comedians Kags, Joey and Dave make clear that life in the 'new' Johannesburg is not just about hardship and townships. It is also about finding humor in relationships, hanging out with friends and celebrating life on a raucous roadtrip to Oppi Koppi, South Africa's largest music festival.
